Need a file check
If bleed, sizing, colour, or resolution still feel uncertain, send the file anyway and ask PrintMe to review it before print.
Need design help
If the artwork is incomplete, outdated, or not printable yet, use the quote path so design support can be scoped first.
Preferred file formats
Print-ready PDF is the safest choice. JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, and ZIP packages can also be reviewed when a project needs source files or linked assets.
Colour setup
CMYK is recommended for predictable print colour. RGB files can still be reviewed, but some colours may shift when converted for production.
Bleed and trimming
Include bleed when background colour, photos, or artwork extend to the edge. Keep important text inside the safe area so it is not affected by trimming.
Image resolution
Use 300 DPI for most cards, flyers, brochures, documents, and posters. Large-format signs and banners may use lower effective DPI depending on viewing distance.
Fonts and links
Outline or embed fonts where possible. If you are sending editable source files, package linked images and fonts in a ZIP file.
Review before submission
Check the final size, spelling, quantity, sides, finish, deadline, and pickup or delivery preference before uploading.

What PrintMe checks after upload
1. File uploaded
Your artwork has been attached to a quote, order, product request, or account.
2. Awaiting review
PrintMe checks file size, format, bleed, resolution, and production details before printing.
3. Proof or changes
If something needs attention, our team can request a revised file or provide a proof for approval.
4. Approved for print
Once details are confirmed, the file can move into production for pickup or delivery.
If the file is not ready yet, that does not stop the job. PrintMe can still guide the safest next step through quote review or design help first.
